Driving Question: How can we (Grade 3) impact our community positively through music here in Hawaiʻi and around the world?

These 3rd grade students sang a repertoire of Hawaiian songs including mele and oli. They learned music curriculum using the Music Express program and studied various instruments around the world, especially of Hawaiʻi. They also took part in Mana Mele events and participated in discussions regarding Mana Mele videos and various Hawaiian musicians.
